Yoga for Every Body

An event every week that begins at 3:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2018
Yoga for Every Body is a gentle yoga class designed to improve joint movement, increases core and leg strength.
Bring yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Instructor: Susan Rieger
Each session includes 8 classes on Tuesdays from 3 – 4 p.m.
Cost $28 per session.
