Better Senior Living

We’ve changed our name!  60 & Better is now known as Better Senior Living.

Why the change? There is no one age marker that officially defines you as a senior.
AARP considers you a senior at 50. Some services require you to be 60. You are eligible for Medicare at 65.
With this in mind, we decided it was time to move away from the title 60 & Better to expand our vision of serving all
seniors, regardless of their age,and direct our focus on the second half of life. Therefore, we dropped the “60”
and this evolving magazine will now be known as Better Senior Living.

In addition, seniors are the largest segment of the population and hold 80% of the country’s net worth. Seniors control most of the discretionary income, and spend over $35 billion every year just on grandchildren!

It is also delivered free to various partner locations in Lawrence, Baldwin City, Eudora, and Lecompton.  Currently our reach averages 3,000 readers per month between print and digital subscriptions, area distribution, and online readers.
