CURRENT OPENINGS

Senior Wheels Driver

The Senior Resource Center for Douglas County has openings for drivers for the Senior Wheels program. Candidates should enjoy driving and spending time with seniors.

PT (20 hrs/week max)
M-F; 7am-4pm
Hourly wage starts at $12/hr

Qualified applicants will:

• enjoy working with a wide variety of people;
• have a positive attitude;
• great customer service skills;
• can lift 40 lbs., bend, twist, squat, and sit for extended periods of time;
• be at least 18 years of age;
• have a current valid Kansas driver license;
• no more than 2 minor violations or one at fault accident and one minor violation in the last 3 years;
• clean background check;
• clean drug and alcohol test;
• enjoy being outside in all types of weather.
