Create Better Health Cooking Class

Douglas County Research and Extension SNAP-Ed is offering this free six-week series of cooking classes expertly designed to give you the information and support you need to improve your health. Each week you will watch a live cooking demonstration using simple foods and tips that you can use at home. Samples of the food and helpful handouts are included each week.
